Lwazi Solundwana is a business leader, workplace practitioner, and author with extensive multisector experience in human capital, employee relations, employee engagement, employee wellness, and labour law. With a strong academic foundation in law and workplace practice, he combines professional insight with practical leadership experience across multiple sectors.

Grounded in ethical leadership and professional integrity, he works to advance healthy, dignified, and high-performing workplaces through thought leadership, advisory services, and professional engagement. As Founder and Director of uLwaziAbout Institute and Managing Director of uLwaziAbout Human Capital, he is committed to helping organisations build workplace cultures rooted in fairness, accountability, and respect for people.

He is also the author of Workplace Bullying: Take Back Your Power, a practical guide for professionals navigating toxic workplace environments with clarity, dignity, and professionalism.
